Whoa! This one took me like 3 hours! I tabbed out every strum and
note.
Most of it seems right, though some fingerings could probably be
played
a different way. I'm not too sure about the areas marked with
*'s.

At about 1:00 guitar 2 begins playing the chords guitar 1 is
picking.

The end of the song is just basically a little jam with all
three guitars. Guitars 1 and 3 each do a little walkdown near
the end. There's a pick scrape in there too.
The strumming pattern is fairly straight-forward.
